Our services may include photography planning, creative direction, studio setup, lighting setup, commercial photo shoots, product shoots, headshots, portraits, image editing, retouching, file formatting, and digital delivery. Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are based on the approved quote, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or written project scope.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, necessary access, product samples, brand guidelines, image usage requirements, location approvals, and any materials required for production. Clients are responsible for confirming session details, schedules, shot lists, image selections, and final approvals.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Pricing may vary depending on project size, shoot location, number of images, editing requirements, licensing use, turnaround time, equipment needs, and additional production requirements. Work outside the original scope may require a revised quote or additional payment.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be shown on the applicable quote, invoice, booking page, or service agreement. Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Final delivery may be withheld until payment is completed.
Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored, sold, rented, or shared by ADVOLENS INC.
6. Service Fulfillment
All photography, editing, retouching, studio, commercial visual production, and digital image deliverables are provided through scheduled photography sessions, email communication, digital galleries, secure file links, proof approvals, written project scopes, and approved production milestones.
7. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times may vary based on project size, editing requirements, client responsiveness, image selection time, revision requests, and production schedule. ADVOLENS INC will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
8. Revisions
Projects may include a limited number of revisions depending on the approved scope. Additional edits, retouching requests, image changes, reshoots, or production changes may require additional fees.
9. Image Usage and Licensing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive usage rights to final approved images according to the project scope. ADVOLENS INC may retain ownership of original raw files, editing files, production files, and creative process materials. Commercial licensing terms may vary depending on intended use, distribution, advertising placement, and campaign scope.
10. Client-Provided Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any products, logos, artwork, designs, props, locations, people, trademarks, or materials provided for photography.
11. Portfolio Use
ADVOLENS INC may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled through our customer support process. Deposits may become non-refundable once a project is scheduled, preparation begins, resources are reserved, or production work starts. If cancellation occurs before work begins, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the project terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
ADVOLENS INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
